All sessions will be at Forest Town Academy (9:00-11.00am) consisting of bike/run unless otherwise stated.

Please arrive ready to start at 9am, with all the kit you need in working order plus plenty of water and snacks. As the weather becomes warmer and sunnier please bring layers of clothing and sunscreen.

Session Costs

PAY PER SESSION

Saturday Sessions

£3.50 for members

(£30 for 10 sessions in bulk)

£4.00 for non members

We also have close working links with Mansfield Swimming Club to enhance training opportunities

What will I need????

Equipment you will need:

You will need to bring a bottle of water every week, plus the items below, dependant on which session it is:

 

Swimming: swimming trunks/swimsuit, goggles and a hat. When you decide to join the club it is useful to have a pull buoy kick board and fins. Don’t forget your towel/shower gel for after the session.

 

Cycling: a cycling safety helmet that confirms to British safety standards is essential, No helmet = no cycling. We are strict about the safety in our sessions and will not allow anyone onto the track without a helmet. You will need a well maintained bike. Advice about seat heights etc will be given by our coaching team when you arrive. Remember your hands can get chilly when cycling and gloves are recommended.

 

Running: Suitable clothing to run in, dependant on weather conditions, road running shoes (not spikes) are fine.

 

Warm clothing is very important during the colder months: hat, gloves, windproof coat. Think about different layers that can be put on or removed as necessary.

 

We do have Mansfield Triathlon Club dedicated clothing for our juniors when you think that our club is for you.

You will need to bring a road worthy bicycle with safety helmet & your usual running eqipment, plus some water & clothing to keep warm.

 

No helmet = NO CYCLING!!!
